Balkan Taekwondo \u015eampiyonas\u0131na kendi imkanlar\u0131 ile kat\u0131lan sporculara 13 Haziran 2020 tarih ve 31154 say\u0131l\u0131 \u201cMilli Sporcu Belgesi Verilmesi hakk\u0131nda\u201d y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin Milli Sporcu Belgesi almaya engel haller ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 8. Maddesinin 1.
